Today, its former outlets and warehouses are home to a diverse collection of creative businesses and independent eateries. In between Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Goodge Street stations, this beautiful blank canvas space comes with a ground floor and a basement, and is available to let for pop-up retail, exhibitions and events.
